Our Services

Zopno provides a platform for scheduling scrap collection. We connect users with verified scrap collectors for convenient and eco-friendly waste disposal.

User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, use the Service only for lawful purposes, ensure your scrap materials are clean and accessible, be present during scheduled pickup times, and pay for the Service as agreed.

Payment Terms

Payments are calculated based on the weight and type of scrap collected. Rates are displayed in-app and may change from time to time. Payment is processed after successful collection.

User Consent for Communication

By registering or initiating a pickup request, you consent to be contacted by our team via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels to assist with pickup booking, confirm pickup details, provide support, and resolve issues or queries.

Such contact may occur even if your number is registered under Do Not Disturb (DND) services, solely for service-related purposes and not for unsolicited marketing.

Information We Collect

We collect personal details you provide at registration, including your name, address, mobile number, and location, together with information about your activity on the Service. Provision of mandatory information is required to complete registration and deliver the Service.
