Is there any pickup fee or service charge?
Doorstep scrap pickup is 100% free! We do not charge any visiting fee, convenience fee, inspection surcharge, or cancellation charge regardless of which floor or condominium in Gurgaon you reside in.
What is the minimum scrap quantity or weight required for pickup?
For heavy appliances (split/window ACs, refrigerators, washing machines) and e-waste (laptops, desktops), there is NO minimum weight requirement.

We are actively expanding across urban residential sectors and neighborhoods. Simply enter your address or pincode during booking to instantly check doorstep service availability.

How is the scrap weighed accurately?
Our verified pickup executives bring certified digital scales that show exact weight on-the-spot, directly synced with your phone and digital receipt. We strictly prohibit manual spring balances or uncalibrated analog scales to guarantee zero fraud.
When and how do I receive payment?
Payout is immediate! Once scrap is weighed and confirmed by you on the partner app, money is transferred in seconds directly to your Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or preferred UPI ID. Spot cash is also available on request. All payouts include an instant SMS confirmation and digital invoice.
How are the scrap prices determined?
Rates are benchmarked every morning across multiple sources. You can view our transparent Scrap Rate Card in real-time before booking. The price confirmed at slot reservation is locked and guaranteed.
Appliance & Electronics Scrapping
Can I sell non-working or broken electronics and appliances?
Yes, we accept all dead, rusted, or functioning appliances including window & split AC units (with or without copper pipes), refrigerators, washing machines, inverters, car batteries, microwaves, TV sets, and desktop computers. Hazardous components are extracted safely in certified dismantling centers.
